Acupuncture Program for Continuing Education

An acupuncture program is also available through continuing education at CCATCM. This continuing education program may be taken on a part-time or full-time basis by qualified health-care professionals. Please contact the College's managing director for more information.

Traditional Chinese Acupressure

The Diploma Program is a 4 Level / 4 Certificate Program. Levels may be taken separately or altogether for the Acupressure Massage Therapist Certificate and entry into the Acupressure Massage Therapy Association of Atlantic Canada, (AMTAAC).

These courses may be taken for continuing education or general interest or for membership in the Acupressure Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia.

Certificate 1: L-C Acupressure Relaxation Massage
Certificate 2: L-C Acupressure to Treat Pain Conditions
Certificate 3: L-C Acupressure for Enhancing Health and Meridian Massage
Certificate 4: L-C Acupressure for Treating 20 Common Illnesses

*Certificates 1 and 2 earns a Acupressure Practitioner (AP) Diploma
*Certificates 1 through 4 earns an Acupressure Massage Therapist (AMT) Diploma
