Auricular Medicine (Ear Acupuncture)

Auricular Medicine is a highly developed system of diagnosing and treating disharmonies anywhere in the body. 
By expertly examining and treating the ear, the practitioner can accurately determine symptoms as well as the root cause of disease and disharmony. 
Learn to diagnose and treat addictions, pain conditions and organ dysfunction through the ear with this non-needling method.  

Students will learn:
• Diagnostic methods for locating organ blockages and functional disorders
• Specific points on the ear for treating diseases and disorders including allergies, smoking addiction, weight loss, headaches, neuromuscular disorders heart disease and depression
• Treatments for diseases and disorders using 'seeds', bleeding, massage and energy healing

Curriculum: This is a two level course consisting of 2 weekends that leads to a Practitioner of Auricular Medicine Diploma. 
Levels 1 and 2 may be taken independently for continuing education credit.   (It is not necessary to take them in order).

Master Teacher: Dr. Li-Chun Huang has treated over 150,000 patients, including two Prime Ministers of China, the President of Italy, generals, ministers and ambassadors in China and abroad. She has published over a dozen auricular research papers and has trained over ten thousand medical professionals in Auricular Medicine. Dr. Huang is the foremost authority in auricular medicine. Dr. Li, Dr. Chen, Joe Starr and Calvin Crichton will also teach.

You will also need to purchase cotton balls, 25 gauge sterile lancets and alcohol swabs from your drugstore.
