L-C Natural Health Chi Gung Class - Details to be announced
Chi Gung has a five thousand year history. It is an ancient philosophical system of harmonious integration of the human body with the universe. It is an art and a science that plays an active role in protecting and strengthening health, preventing and treating disease, resisting premature senility, and prolonging life. L-C Chi Gung consists of Mind-Body meditation, special breathing techniques and special movements to enhance your health. These 12 movements each have their own special function and work on special meridians to help heal the different organs of theChi Gung body. L-C Chi Gung is very safe and beneficial for people of all ages. This is a one-day class, where students learn the twelve movements for self-care and self-healing.

Taoist Chi Gung "15 Exercise Set" Class

The Fifteen Chi Gung Exercises are credited to the Tang Dynasty (618-907 A.D.) and Taoist priest Xu Xuan Ping. For almost 1400 years they have been a reliable method of improving health and constitution, curing disease, and promoting longevity. The movements and imagery are clearly inspired by nature. This is a 2-part class consisting of 2 full days. Parts 1 and 2 may be taken separately. Students are taught the 15 exercises and given adequate time to learn, review and ask questions.
